1. Purpose of this outline
This draft separates an intended future identity and financial-crime control framework from the current demo state. It does not claim that a production compliance operation is active or that every applicable requirement has been mapped.
2. Intended future proof-of-identity concepts
A later reviewed onboarding design may request one or more of the following document categories:
- passport;
- national identity card; or
- driver’s licence.
The final accepted document rules, issuing jurisdictions, validity checks and review process have not been approved.
3. Intended future proof-of-address concepts
A later reviewed design may consider:
- a utility bill;
- a bank statement; or
- a government-issued residence document.
Final recency, format, matching and verification rules remain unfinished.
4. Additional verification concepts
Additional information may be requested, and review may be required before a future service could be activated. Those concepts do not mean that an account is verified, financially authorised or available in this prototype.
5. Current prototype state
At present:
- no real KYC provider is connected;
- no real sanctions, identity or financial-crime screening is performed;
- no identity-document bytes are collected or stored;
- no account is financially authorised through this prototype;
- no live service is activated; and
- any later demo KYC step must be clearly labelled as a simulation.
Visitors must not submit real identity documents to the current demo.
6. Funding-related concepts
A future reviewed framework may consider own-name funding, no third-party funding, own-name withdrawal and review before a future withdrawal. Provider, evidence, exception and escalation rules are not final.
No real deposit, withdrawal, card, bank or crypto transaction is available in the current demo.
7. Review and operating ownership
The future operating team, escalation route, record model, screening providers and review standards have not been established in this prototype.
To be completed after legal review and final operating-data mapping.
