2. CFDs, Forex and leveraged-product risk
Contracts for difference, foreign-exchange products and other leveraged products can be complex and high risk. A CFD generally provides price exposure without ownership of the underlying currency, metal, index, commodity or share.
3. Leverage can magnify gains and losses
Leverage increases exposure relative to the capital committed. A comparatively small market movement may therefore magnify both a gain and a loss. Production leverage parameters have not been approved.
4. Loss of some or all committed capital
Adverse market movement can cause the loss of some or all capital committed to a position. No profit, return, result or recovery is guaranteed.
