1. Purpose and current scope
This draft Privacy Notice describes only the confirmed behavior of the current BironMarkets public prototype. It is not a final notice for an operating service and does not describe a final authentication, onboarding or customer-data system.
2. Current public website
Public website content is stored statically in this repository. The current Company contact form is a non-submitting preview: it keeps entered values in the visitor’s browser for the preview interaction and does not send them to a BironMarkets contact endpoint.
3. Information the prototype does not collect for brokerage activity
The current prototype:
- does not collect or store real KYC document bytes;
- does not collect real card, bank or crypto payment details;
- does not create a real customer account or trading transaction;
- does not operate production authentication or a customer database; and
- does not activate a live brokerage service.
Visitors should not enter real KYC, payment or other sensitive onboarding information into the demo.
4. Demo workflow data
Production-style demo workflow processing has not yet been implemented. When Supabase, authentication or persisted onboarding workflows are introduced, the data inventory, purposes, access controls and deletion behavior must be documented and reviewed before this notice can be treated as complete.
5. Information not yet finalised
The following details are deliberately not asserted because the final operating and deployment model has not been approved:
- production hosting and processing providers;
- analytics and cookies;
- retention periods;
- international data transfers;
- legal bases;
- data-protection contact or officer;
- complaint authority;
- authentication and onboarding data map; and
- final deletion and access processes.
To be completed after legal review and final operating-data mapping.
6. Future review milestones
This notice must be revisited during BM-005, BM-030 through BM-033, and BM-034 through BM-043 when real demo authentication and persistence are introduced. Each milestone must document actual behavior rather than assuming a production provider or legal framework.
7. Questions and correction requests
Questions about this draft or correction requests concerning public company information may be directed through the Company contact page. Future privacy-request procedures will be published only after the relevant processing is activated and legally reviewed.
